At Lapford Community and East Worlington Primary Schools

We are looking to recruit an outstanding, enthusiastic and committed teacher to join our energetic and nurturing team at Lapford Community Primary School (0.4 fte) and East Worlington Primary School (0.2 fte). The role will include being part of our wider Academy team across three primary schools, in sharing joint planning and expertise in a supportive and dynamic way. This temporary, maternity cover, part time (0.6 fte) role is available from 6 May 2025. The role will involve working with mixed year groups - days of the week to be discussed at interview.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of how children learn and how to translate this into high quality teaching and learning. You should be able to demonstrate an understanding and engagement in appropriate assessment processes and inclusive practices; and share a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
